Join us for a non-stop workshop at the Hotel and Restaurant Museum to create a collective food map from our own memories and communities.
The Hotel and Restaurant Museum specializes in the history of food and drink and the hospitality industry in Finland, during Night of the Arts the participants get to expand on the history by sharing their own learnings of food and cooking. The workshop will follow the museum space, laying a food map in different areas to reflect our varied memories and understanding of food traditions.
