Ihmisen kuoret (‘Human shells’)

Event Introduction

Antti Nieminen’s exhibition is a celebration of everyday life, with sculptures depicting movements or gestures, which appear as figures in the shape of clothes. Human shells are flashes of memories and observations that turn private memories into universal ones. Nieminen has been inspired by humans’ relationship with their environment – be it a natural, built or social environment.
