Teurastamo’s Night of Arts: Night of Shorts
Event Introduction
Last year’s enchanting open-air movie screening at Teurastamo during the Night of the Arts returns with the second edition of the Night of Shorts. This time, we dive into short films produced by Teurastamo’s own production companies. While waiting for the sunset and nightfall, the audience will be entertained by Antti Reini, who also stars in one of the evening’s films and frequently performs on stage with his guitar.
The Night of Shorts will feature several award-winning short comedies directed by Anna Paavilainen, Teppo Airaksinen, and Teemu Nikki. The evening’s short films star prominent figures of Finnish cinema, from Laura Birn to Juho Milonoff and Pekka Strang. As with last year, the filmmakers will be present to share their stories and answer questions from the audience. Teurastamo’s restaurants will offer delicious movie snacks!
