Evenemanget har firats sedan 1989 och samlar hundratals konstevenemang d\u00e4r man kan plocka ihop en kv\u00e4ll fylld av till exempel poesi och musik, eller film och scenkonst. Evenemangsplatser finns runt om i huvudstadsregionen, fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rortskvarter till paradplatser i stadens centrum.
