NOTE! This event has been cancelled.
Join us in the park to exercise, breathe and meet new people. This free outdoor yoga class is open to everyone. We will practise traditional Hatha yoga from a perspective of creativity in a 60-minute workshop. We will practise together on the lawn, taking time to connect with ourselves, engage in physical movement and enjoy each other’s company. No previous experience is required.
