Drawing in the garden of Studio Aalto
Event Introduction
Be inspired by the Aaltos’ line! Throughout the ages, students of architecture have drawn and measured other architects’ creations. Now you, too, can become part of that tradition in the amphitheatre in the garden of the pioneer of modernism, Alvar Aalto. No previous experience in sketching is required – everyone is welcome!
Staff members of the Alvar Aalto Foundation will offer tips and warm-up exercises for drawing. Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own sketching tools and a seat pad.
The event is weather permitting.
