Melodies and heartbeats at Villa Aino Ackté. What happens when the most celebrated opera diva in Finnish history and a beloved master composer meet under the same roof on a summer night?
On the Night of the Arts, we are invited to glimpse behind closed doors in an intimate short play starring Emmy Achté (Aino Ackté’s mother and a pioneer of Finnish opera) and the musical genius who stole numerous hearts, composer Oskar Merikanto.
Performances at 6:30 pm and 8 pm (duration: approx. 40 min)
Seats are limited – please arrive early and enjoy the surrounding art.

The villa garden cannot be accessed by car, and the car park is located 400 metres from the villa.
Unfortunately, the villa is not accessible, and the public toilet is located upstairs. There are steep stairs in the villa that may be hazardous, so please keep an eye on children.
Unfortunately, animals are not permitted inside the villa as it serves as a museum. -
