From morning to early evening: The Night of the Arts Day for children aged 0–10

Event Introduction

9:30 am and 10:30 am: Dance and mime theatre Auraco’s performance of Embrace for babies under one year old

11 am and 1 pm: Enchanting Glow: a colour bath for babies aged 4–11 months

2 pm and 4 pm: Tree dreams – Puu-unia
Workshops on urban nature, indoors and outdoors, for children aged 5+ and their guardians. Languages: Finnish and English.

4 pm and 6 pm: Glimmer of the Earth and Sparkle of the Sea.
A playful, interactive play for children. Miro and Noora Puranen’s performance is primarily intended for children of pre-school age.

All events during the day are free of charge, but seats must be reserved in advance. Reservations from 8 am on 3 August: annantalo.fi.

Café Napero will be open throughout the programme selling food and other treats. We also recommend that visitors take a tour of the exhibitions, including Hidden, hosted in the downstairs gallery; Heli Kemiläinen’s Connecting, an exhibition of pencil drawings; and the non-stop screening of children’s films: Moving Pictures 4
