Jazz at the art exhibition – saxophone duo Olli-Pekka Tuomisalo and Hilla Ruotsala
Event Introduction
Olli-Pekka Tuomisalo, the first saxophonist in Finland to receive a Doctorate in Music, and the young saxophone virtuoso Hilla Ruotsala will perform varied setlists at 6 pm and 8 pm, taking audiences on a journey through Baroque, jazz and other engaging soundscapes. The concerts will be held in connection with the annual exhibition of the Helsinki Artists’ Association, Interfaces. The exhibition features more than 200 works by 136 artists, offering an overview of the contemporary visual art scene in Finland.
