Night of The Arts Open Evening at Ashtanga Yoga Helsinki

Escape the evening hustle and discover the art of mindful movement at Finland’s pioneer Ashtanga studio. On Night of the Arts, our doors on Annankatu are wide open to everyone — whether you’ve never unrolled a mat or are returning to practice.

Drop in for free 30-minute taster classes on the hour, enjoy tea and vegan treats in our lounge, meet our experienced teachers, and experience the art of yoga in our beautiful shala.

Program (Thursday, Aug 20):
5:00pm–5:30pm: Ashtanga & Breathwork Taster
6:00pm–6:30pm: Gentle Ashtanga Flow Taster
7:00pm–7:30pm: Ashtanga Relief Taster (Targeting neck, shoulders & spine)
8:00pm–8:30pm: “Yinful” Wind-Down Taster (Deep stretch & relaxation)

Free entry • Mats and equipment provided • No pre-registration needed (first come, first served)

Location: Annankatu 29 B, inner courtyard, 2nd floor, Helsinki

Directions: Walk to the back of the courtyard, come up the stairs to the second floor, and we will be there to greet you!
