Outsider Art Festival OAF: Natalia Tong-Ochoa’s Sauna of Hope
Event Introduction
In Oodi’s Kuutio space, visitors can experience Peruvian artist Natalia Tong-Ochoa’s interactive art installation Sauna of Hope. The artwork invites visitors to write down their wishes and share their visions of how to make the world a better place. The installation is constructed from recycled materials and painted with acrylics.
Sauna of Hope is open during the Night of the Arts on Thursday, 20 August from 17:00 to 20:30 and on Friday, 21 August from 08:00 to 18:00. Please note that the installation’s opening hours differ from Oodi’s general opening hours.
Location: Oodi’s Kuutio, 2nd floor. Free admission.
Outsider Art Festival OAF is a partner festival of the Helsinki Festival, held from 20 to 30 August 2026 in Helsinki and Espoo. The theme for 2026 is Hope.
