Pole dancing, circus skills and aerial yoga trial classes on the Night of the Arts
Event Introduction
You are invited to explore the world of pole dancing and circus skills in free trial classes on the Night of the Arts.
5:15–6:15 pm Introduction to circus hammock
5:30–6:30 pm Floor acrobatics, beginner to intermediate level
6:30–7:30 pm Introduction to pole dancing (Poletech 1)
6:30–7:30 pm Introduction to aerial hoop
6:30–7:30 pm Body care
7:30–8:30 pm Aerial yoga
The classes are for people aged 14 and over. Registration for the classes opens on Friday, 7 August via our website. Places in the trial classes are limited, so please book in advance. Please read the session descriptions and booking terms before booking a class. You will find directions to the premises on our website and Instagram.
