Ten years after the renovation of Töölö Library
Event Introduction
Töölö Library’s renovation was completed exactly ten years ago on 20 August. We will celebrate the anniversary with a pre-event for the Night of the Arts, where you can enjoy a varied programme and a festive atmosphere.
The programme:
• 1 pm: Sara Kaski in the courtyard (in the event of rain the event will be held in the library hall on the 2nd floor)
• 1–3 pm: Coffee service, the library lobby, 1st floor
• 3–5 pm: Mika Waltari-themed literary walking tour. Departure from Töölö Library at 2:45 pm. Please note: Advance registration required. FULLY BOOKED!
• 5–5:45 pm: Bilingual concert by the band Mimmit, the event space, 4th floor
- Plus: Photographs of Töölö Library over the years and a display of Töölö-themed materials, the library hall, 2nd floor
