Cable Factory cultural centre invites you to experience art and culture with all your senses during Night of the Arts. You are warmly welcome to discover, get lost and get inspired!
See & experience
Watch dance performances and open rehearsals, explore video art, and image and sound performance. Dive into in art exhibitions and peek inside artists’ studios. Step in front of the camera and have your portrait taken!
Taste & sense
Take a break in our cafés and restaurants; enjoy coffee, wine and snacks. Sample flavours at Makukoulu (the Taste school) and enjoy the heat of our rooftop sauna!
Create & learn
Join workshops, draw, create your own collage, and craft a plate filled with your favourite treats. Discover the exhibitions on guided tours, or join a tour exploring the colourful history of the Cable Factory!
Move & express
Immerse yourself in music and try easy circus equipment with guidance from senior hobbyists. This year we’re also opening the enormous Merikaapelihalli for everyone to explore. Make the space your own in whatever way you like. How will you take over the Cable Factory?
