Night of the Arts Thinking Salon – Future Edition @ Peachy Studios
5:30pm–7:00pm

The Thinking Salon is a space for thinking together about artificial intelligence — its effects on our thinking, creativity, emotions, and our whole inner world.

True to Peachy’s simulation, this Night of the Arts edition of the Thinking Salon reaches into the future, considering not just the present but what thinking will look like in 2051 — with AI, and without it.

You’re welcome to come just as you are, to think and talk with us. No need to be an expert, know anything in particular, or prepare in any way. The Thinking Salon isn’t a training course or a tightly scheduled program — it’s a held space for thinking, and for living well with AI, now and going forward.

The Thinking Salon is hosted by Riitta Mettomäki. The free session has room for 6 participants. To register, email Riitta at riitta@frankly.fi

Lilja Sutinen is a double bassist trained at the Helsinki Conservatory who has been playing since primary school. In her performance ”Music as a Connector,” Lilja plays both classical pieces and more contemporary compositions.

Inka Vuorinen is a futures influencer, activist, and the co-owner of Peachy Studios. Their work centers on cultivating positive visions of the future and strengthening people’s belief in what’s possible ahead. Their background spans art, business, and technology, which shows up in their broad perspective and in how they hold space for cross-disciplinary conversation.

Inka has developed the Futures Flower method for mapping out and exploring personal futures. In their work, they draw on creative and embodied methods, and on ways of making visions of the future visual, tangible, and experiential.
