Meet the Artist at the Gallery!
Our August exhibition features Ninni Juuti’s Soulscapes.
The exhibition explores the representation of inner reality through various elements of nature. The flower- and plant-themed works share a common thread of human growth—a journey toward new beginnings through the acceptance of imperfection and the inevitable process of fading. In the water-inspired landscapes, an emotional undercurrent lies beneath a dreamlike atmosphere, with water in its many forms both concealing and revealing it.
The works are created in oil and mixed media incorporating acrylics. Ninni Juuti is a painter who lives and works in Pernaja, Finland.
On 20 August, the artist will be at the gallery to talk about her work, share the stories behind the artworks, and answer your questions.
