Helsinki Festival advance tickets are sold by Lippu.fi, by Musiikkitalo.fi for concerts held at the Helsinki Music Centre, and by oopperabaletti.fi for performances at the Finnish National Opera. We recommend purchasing tickets only through official ticket sales channels.

The online shop sells electronic PDF tickets, mobile tickets or mail tickets to be delivered by post. An electronic ticket can be printed or shown on your mobile phone when entering the event. Pick-up orders paid for in the online store can be collected from ticket outlets and R-kioskis throughout Finland.

In the online store, you can buy an electronic PDF ticket, which you can either print yourself or present on your smartphone screen.

You can buy tickets directly from ticket outlets and R-kioskis by event name or collect ticket orders made by phone.

On Saturdays and public holidays, the service point opens 2 hours before a performance at the Main Stage or Almi Hall, and closes at the beginning of the performance.
Accessible seats
Lippu.fi
Accessible seats are sold through the Lippupiste web shop, phone service and ticket outlets. Assistants do need personal tickets, which can be requested when ordering an accessible seat. A disabled person’s assistant only pays the processing fee for their ticket. Tel. +358 (0)600 900 900 / Lippu.fi

Accessible seats and tickets for other persons with assistance are sold through the Music Centre’s call centre and online shop.
Finnish National Opera
Accessible seating for Almi Hall and foyer events is available only through customer service.
Ticket sales at the door
If any tickets are left to be sold at the door, the ticket office opens one hour before the event begins.

Cultural benefit vouchers
Lippu.fi
You can use most benefit vouchers for payment at Lippu.fi ticket outlets. You should check the locations on the benefit voucher’s website. Ticket outlets make agreements directly with the party that issues the vouchers.
R-kioskis accept Edenred cards, EazyBreak, Smartum Saldo Mobile and ePassi.
The ticket sales service and guidance number (+358 (0)600 900 900) accepts EazyBreak and SmartumPay as forms of payment.
Musiikkitalo
In the online shop, you can pay with E-pass or Smartum. At the on-site ticket office of the Music Centre, you can pay not only with E-pass and Smartum, but also with Edenred’s Virike discount.
Finnish National Opera
You can purchase tickets with cultural benefit payment methods at the Opera and Ballet customer service desk and at Stockmann service points.
The event organiser makes the decisions concerning any possible postponement or cancellation of the event. The event organiser, Lippu.fi or Musiikkitalo, as concerns Helsinki Music Centre concerts, contacts ticket buyers by email as soon as possible if the event is postponed or cancelled.
Some events have purchasing restrictions. Changes are possible.
