Helsinki Festival advance tickets are sold by Lippu.fi, with the exception of Helsinki Music Centre concerts, which are sold by Ticketmaster Finland. We recommend that you purchase tickets only from the official ticket vendor channels.

The online shop sells electronic PDF tickets, mobile tickets or mail tickets to be delivered by post. An electronic ticket can be printed or shown on your mobile phone when entering the event. Pick-up orders paid for in the online store can be collected from ticket outlets and R-kioskis throughout Finland.

The online shop sells electronic eTickets that can be printed or shown on your mobile phone. You can also book tickets online and collect them from a ticket outlet or order tickets to be delivered by post.

Accessible seats
Lippu.fi
Accessible seats are sold through the Lippupiste phone service and ticket outlets. Assistants do need personal tickets, which can be requested when ordering an accessible seat. A disabled person’s assistant only pays the processing fee for their ticket. Tel. +358 (0)600 900 900

Ticket sales at the door
If any tickets are left to be sold at the door, the ticket office opens one hour before the event begins.

Pensioner ticket
– €3 discount on standard ticket price

Group ticket
– 10% discount on standard ticket price for a group of 10 or more persons

Cultural benefit vouchers
Lippu.fi
You can use most benefit vouchers for payment at Lippu.fi ticket outlets. You should check the locations on the benefit voucher’s website. Ticket outlets make agreements directly with the party that issues the vouchers.
R-kioskis accept Edenred cards, EazyBreak, Smartum Saldo Mobile and ePassi.
The ticket sales service and guidance number (+358 (0)600 900 900) accepts EazyBreak and SmartumPay as forms of payment.
Ticketmaster
Tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster ticket outlets using culture vouchers. Check the culture vouchers accepted by different ticket outlets at www.ticketmaster.fi.
Culture vouchers cannot be used at the door or online.
The event organiser makes the decisions concerning any possible postponement or cancellation of the event. The event organiser, Lippu.fi or Ticketmaster, as concerns Helsinki Music Centre concerts, contacts ticket buyers by email as soon as possible if the event is postponed or cancelled.
Some events have purchasing restrictions. Changes are possible.
