Event Introduction

At the end of August, SAMPO Festival brings captivating puppet and visual theatre from around the world to Helsinki. The festival showcases a wide range of puppet theatre styles, crossing genre boundaries and offering thought-provoking and moving performances for audiences of all ages – children and adults alike. The program also includes discussions, exhibitions, workshops, and much more! The Festival Club is a space to meet and talk about puppetry, art, and life. The full program will be announced in late spring 2025.
