Event Introduction
Teatteri Sirkus Suosalo is a touring tent theatre and a dream come true, founded in 2023 by actor Martti Suosalo. Together with his troupe, he will be setting up the tent for the third time in Kallio’s Alli Trygg Park at the close of the Helsinki Festival. The 300-seat theatre features musical performances as well as theatre for both children and adults. The program includes Starman, a monologue about biodiversity loss written by Juha Kauppinen and performed by Martti Suosalo, and the beloved children’s musical play Yökyöpelit by Laura Ruohonen and Anna-Mari Kähärä.
