A quarter of a century has flown by in a flash, and at least the festival organizers are amazed that an event which only recently seemed to be at the very beginning of its journey has already reached young adulthood! The 25th edition of the Viapori Jazz Festival will be celebrated this August – fittingly in Tenalji von Fersen, which itself turns 250 this year. The program features encounters between rising stars and legendary performers – and of course, the beloved Surprise Concert. Welcome to enjoy both contemporary and timeless music in the glowingly historic setting of Suomenlinna!
